Carla Farren (Palma de Mallorca, 1986. Lives and works in Madrid) will show her first individual exhibition Conmociones. Is a selection of images represented by an installation made up of drawings, collage, objects, video and paintings that emerge from the work the artist has been developing during the last two years in her studio.

Starting from a series of visual analogies, the artist narrates her personal walk with forms and colours that suddenly appear on her path as eloquent emotions. She continuously plays with the scale and swings between narrative and synthetic focus, searching for unity. This way, she intuitively builds a scene which is open to different resonances, always starting from her own intimacy.
