Amador (Pollença, 1957), in his work moves seamlessly between painting, sculpture, photography and video. In his sculptures of polyester resin, the artist reflects on the condition of the human being, by means of anthropomorphic forms that duplicate as clones and screens made of the same material, a hybrid between painting and sculpture in which an abstract portrait brings forth issues of identity. Through his characters he creates a sensorial atmosphere, with a lost look toward a world of contradictions; life, death, buildings, fluctuations, relations, migrations, emersions, drifts…
